Ituloy natin ang mga naganap sa Tagaytay.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nagulat ang mga tao ng makarating sila sa Tagaytay dahil may isang ‘di kilalang taong naroon din. Maya maya’t ipinakilala siya. Siya raw si Dingdong San Lorenzo, ang bagong mamumuno sa departamento ng digital at design na naikwento ng Presidente nung huling pagpupulong. Galing siyang Gay Wally Samson, isa pang ahensiya. Dito unang lumabas ang balita na may isa pang empleyadong aalis.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ang may kasalanan naman nito ay ang HR. Ganito kasi ang nangyari.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ayaw daw gumastos ng presidente para sa pagpaupa ng sasakyang gagamiting papunta sa Tagaytay para sa naturing “planning session”. Makisabay na lang daw ang mga tao sa mga magdadala ng sasakyan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Habang ipinaplano ito ay naitanong ng isang tao kung kanino sasabay si Miss Quiambao dahil may lugar pa sa kanyang sasakyan. Malubha na kasi ang damdamin ng mga tao sa ahensiya. Nais raw niyang linawin ang mga pangyayari noong nakaraan. Dahil sa takot ng mga taong paginitan sila at i-“right-size” din, walang gustong magtanong.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bumalik sa isip nila ang mga binitawang salita ng presidente sa nakaraang pagpupulong na sa pag “right-size” ng ahensiya ay may ilang masesesante at ang mga kontrata ng mga contractual na empleyado ay hindi babaguhin.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;E ang kapatid ng presidente ay contractual na empleyado at ang bali-balita ay ililipat daw siya duon sa departamento ng design. Kakabalik lang kasi namin galing sa ******* (kala niyo sasabihin namin no?).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Hindi po kami bumili ng isang kilong foundation para itago ang mga pekas sa mukha. Marami lang talagang trabaho pag hindi nawawalan ng kliyente. Sa totoo lang, kaya kami nawala ay dahil may ginawa kaming regional na patalastas. Panoorin niyo na lang, kakapalabas lang nung linggo. (Ganda ni ****** no?)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hayaan niyo't babawi kami. Heto itutuloy muna namin ang kwento.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Noong a-13 ng Nobiyembre ay nagtawag ng kapulungan ang presidente. Dito ay ipinahayag niyang may mga kliyenteng lulurong sa ahensiya. Ang mawawalang negosyo daw sa ahensiya ay nasa P100M kaya kailangan daw mag-"right size" (nagpapauso lang po siya ng 'buzzword') ang ahensiya. Last-in-first-out daw ang magiging patakaran sa pagpipili ng mga masisisante.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Noong a-14 ay isa-isang kinausap ng HR ang isang creative director at tatlong art director. What happened?"&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;"True ba that 25% of (ang ahensiya) workforce will be laid off?"&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;Ang iba naman ay tinawagan sa celphone at tinatanong tungkol sa nasabing chismis. Ang mga taga-ahensiya ay hindi masagot ang mga tanong dahil wala naman silang alam dun. Ang alam lang nila ay nagtawag ng general assembly ng 4:30 ng hapon na iyon ang presidente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;Nang imbestigahan ang pinanggalingan ng chismis, ang kinalabasan ay naibalita raw ito sa isang may-ari ng ahensiya na itago natin sa pangalang Dolce &amp;amp; Gabana (siguro naman kilala ninyo kung sino ang kaisa-isang kaibigan ni boss sa buong bansa). Ang bumubuo sa hurado nito ay mga ECD ng iba't ibang ahensiya. Sila ang inatasang hatulan ang mga entry dahil bilang ECD sila'y dapat may kakayahan, kagalingan, karansan at kahustuhan ng isip na maging makatarungan sa kanilang paghahatol. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Eto ang nangyari sa nakaraang hatulan. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Magkasama ang lahat ng mga huwes para talakayin o, kung kinakailangan, pagtalunan ang mga entry ng mga ahensiya. Ang pinaguusapan noon ay ang mga entry para sa telebisyon kung saan isinali ang isang kampanya para sa isang pagdiriwang ng mga pelikula. Ito ay pinamagatang "Directors".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ang ikalawa ay tungkol sa batang nagbabasa ng kwento sa kanyang kapatid habang nakahiga sa kama. Ito ay pinamagatang "Scriptwriters".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sa pangatlo naman ay may isang litratistang dayuhan na naglalakad sa tambakan ng basura. Ang isa sa kanila ay may nadatnang batang gusgusin at pumuwesto upang kunan ng letrato, pero pinigilan siya ng bata. Naghalungkat muna ang bata ng basura sa tabi niya hanggang nakahanap siya ng styropor na lalagyan ng fastfood. Pinagpag niya ang styro at pagkatapos ay binuksan ito at inayos ang angulo para mailawan ang kanyang mukha. Tsaka laman siya ngumiti para magpakuha ng letrato. Ito ay pinamagatang "Cinematographers".)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Halos lahat ng mga huwes ay sangayon na maganda naman ang serye at karapatdapat manalo. Ang nag-iisang sumalungat ay si boss. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tutol daw siya sa ikatlong kwento. Walang kahiya-hiya niyang tinanong sa lahat ng mag kasama niya, "If it's about cinematographers, why is the child not holding the camera?"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nagtaka ang mga kapwa niyang ECD kung talaga bang may alam si boss tungkol sa trabaho niya. Halatang halata sa tanong niya na wala siyang kamuwang-muwang kung ano ang cinematographer at kung ano ang trabaho nito. Mabuti na lang ay nagmagandang loob na lamang ang isang huwes sa tabi niya at pabulong na ipinaliwanag kay boss kung ano talaga ang gawain ng cinematographer.  Tumango na lang si boss habang ang ibang mga huwes na nasa likuran ay pinipigilan ang pagtatawa at pagngingisi nila. Kasi, sa higit ng isang taon ay iilan lang ang mga imbitasyon sa ahensiya. Hindi ata alam ni boss (o ng presidente) na ang dahilan kung bakit hindi sila naiimbita sa mga pitch ay dahil ayaw ng mga kliyente kay boss. May isa pa ngang pitch kung saan nakiusap ang kliyente sa taga-accounts na wag daw ipag-present si boss.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman;"&gt;Naiinis naman ang mga tao ni boss tuwing may pitch dahil nung nakaraan daw ay pinapasok ni boss  ang mga tao ng sabado at linggo para magtrabaho para sa pitch. Kaya lang hindi naman siya sumipot. (Ito rin daw ang isa sa mga dahilan kung bakit umalis ang isang tagapamatnugot)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman;"&gt;Sa lahat ng mga pitch na sinalihan niya ay natalo si boss. Ang nagiisang napanalunan ay talagang hindi dapat kabilang dahil ito ay isang "activation" lamang. Kung baga, isang project lang at hindi buong kampanya. Ang mga pitch naman kung san wala o hindi kasali si boss (kesyo nasa ibang bansa o kung anuman) ay napapanalunan naman ng ahensiya. Tila tama ang suspetsa na talagang hindi nakukuha ni boss ang pulso ng Pilipino.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman;"&gt;Pero ayaw pa rin magpatalo ni boss dahil ang dating boss ay 100% ang record sa pagkapanalo ng pitch sa kanyang linipatang ahensiya. Kaya tuloy, pati mga pipityuging kliyente ay pinapatulan na niya. Kailan lang ay nag pitch siya para sa isang alahera sa Glorietta (na itago natin sa pangalang your diamond) at sa isang snack food na itago natin sa pangalang tingaling. Sa totoo lang, nabawasan rin naman ang mga taong atrasadong pumasok. Nguni't naghihimutok sila dahil madalas ay nauunahan nila si boss sa pagpasok, bakit ba daw ang nagdidikta ay siya mismong nagbibigo? &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Noong nakaraang buwan ay nagtawag ng meeting ang boss kung saan ibinago niya ang patakaran. Alas-9:30 na lang daw ang pasukan ng mga tao (na taliwas pa rin sa employee handbook). Sa madaling salita ay binabawi niya ang batas na siya mismo ang nagdikta.
